Pet First Aid is all about being able to identify issues with your pet, and treat them.
In the case of serious injuries it is about stabilising the injury to enable you to get your pet to the vet in the best possible position.
As a pet owner or pet professional this is an invaluable skill and in me personal opinion hands on experience of doing the practical elements helps to solidify them in your brain and enables for better recall when the time comes for them to be used.
I trained with ProTrainings and ITG to become a Pet First Aid Instructor in 2019, and started teaching full pet first aid classes and practical Pet CPR and bandaging workshops.
In Person Courses
Online Training Courses
Hands on Practical sessions for those who have completed an online or previous in person course
My in person courses are classroom based and give you hands on experience with pet CPR and bandaging common injuries on your practise pet.
No pets are allowed to attend the course and on successful completion a certificate will be emailed to you.
If you can’t make an in person course, why not study at home, at your own speed and in your spare time.
I can earn commission on any courses you take through ProTrainings if you use the link for the course catalogue below
It will also enable me to remind you when your qualification is due to expire so I can hopefully see you on an in person, or one of our hands on practical sessions.
